I had a 90-minute Swedish full-body massage with Hector, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the moment I arrived, he was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.
I came in carrying a lot more than physical tension. I’ve been grieving the loss of my mom, and the stress has been overwhelming. A few days ago, I was 39 weeks pregnant and clear to deliver anytime by my doctor. I spent the morning doing things that were relaxing, hoping to induce a spontaneous labor sometime over the next seven days.
- I walked the dogs
- had a gentle workout
- At 11:15am, I had a 60-minute prenatal massage with Yan (with scalp and foot massage add-ons)
- 1:15pm lunch at El Paso
By 2:00pm, I was in labor.
Was it because of Yan’s excellent massage? We will probably never know, but it WAS an excellent massage. I will definitely book with her in the future.
I was very happy with my experience from booking to final look. I didn’t think I would be able to, but found openings the next day for a haircut and wash that was reasonably priced ($45) and worked with my schedule! It was my first time there and already loved the details in the decor and cozy / relaxing feel entering the business. I was greeted and brought back promptly by the hairstylist Darby who did a fantastic job on my cut! I wanted to cut/ donate and she knew how to go about it with respect to the requirements.
