Went to their Hickory location on highway 70 they let us pick out our engineered hardwood flooring with no hassle or pressure. Ben was a real professional and a real pleasure to work with. We ordered 825 sq ft.in Dec. Along with underlayment. With a loss in the family and the holidays, we were able to pick the flooring up the 2nd week in January with no problem. Had to make two trips due to the weight as Ben also loaded us up and recommended due to the size of our truck.
I would highly recommend these guys for your flooring needs. The flooring was as nice as advertised
