We recently had all new windows installed into our 100 + year old home. Wize home direct and their employees are very professional and the owner is a man that will stand by his word. Updated review: I received follow up back from the company this evening explaining what had occurred seemed a breakdown in communication between myself and the salesperson.Having been in sales previously for over a decade I understand completely how all personalities can't mesh and sometimes we speak entirely different languages.While I am not using them for my roofing I have agreed to give them an opportunity to earn my business for a bathroom remodel. Overall the communication from their suoervisors has been pleasant, professional, and filled with grace.
