We were getting our RV ready for the next trip when I heard an odd sound by the water heater at our home in Hickory. After checking around, I could tell a plumbing line had started leaking, even though the exact spot was hard to see at first. I contacted my home warranty company, and they set up the plumbing service call and gave me the local office number. When I called, the customer service was excellent. They listened carefully, understood the urgency, and offered a same-day appointment with a clear arrival window. I highly recommend Raymond for plumbing work. He was easy to schedule, showed up right on time, and made the whole service call smooth and stress-free. He cleared the clog in my bathroom sink drain and also suggested replacing the old piping under the sink with new PVC for better long-term performance. He had the needed plumbing parts with him and finished the repair the same day, which was very convenient. Raymond was friendly, professional, and took time to explain how to care for the drains and pipes in an older home to help prevent future plumbing problems. I really appreciated the prompt service, clear communication, and quality workmanship.

i contacted a plumbing company about a blockage in my home sewer line and was very pleased with the courteous, professional service and the quick response. raymond and marvin made several careful attempts to clear the clog before it became necessary to dig up part of the sewer line. Before excavation, raymond worked closely with local utility services to help map the line path and make sure the work area was safe.
