She made me super comfortable and was really nice and it was not anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. She was quick and made me laugh which made it less intimidating. I started with her in the Viewmont location and followed her over to the Hwy 70 location. WAXmd, at both locations, is always spotlessly clean and well sanitized. They have a user friendly website where you can review all their services and schedule appointments, and I like that.“
