“This is a pleasant, professional facility that has information and solutions to a number of health issues. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. I’m starting my weight loss journey, but there are many other services.”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Physicians Plan of Hickory! From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated like more than just a patient—you are made to feel like family.
Shafney, Jill, Thadra, and Heather are absolutely amazing. They are always welcoming, kind, helpful, and genuinely happy to see you. Their warmth and professionalism make every visit such a positive experience, and they truly set Physicians Plan apart.
And Jennifer—I absolutely adore her and genuinely look forward to seeing her each time! Her knowledge and professionalism are top-notch, but what makes her even more special is how personable and caring she is. She takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel completely comfortable and confident in your care.
Last, but certainly not least, Dr. DiOrio. There honestly isn't enough space in a review to say how incredible he is. He is the reason I originally began going to Physicians Plan, and I am so thankful that I did. He is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuine physicians I have ever met. He is truly an asset to the medical field.
What stands out most about Dr. DiOrio is that he is one of those rare physicians who you can tell truly cares about his patients. He listens, he takes his time, and his knowledge and expertise are second to none. You never feel like just another appointment on the schedule.
If you are looking for Botox, weight-loss services, facials, skincare, or simply a team that genuinely cares about helping you look and feel your best, Physicians Plan of Hickory is the place to go. The entire staff is exceptional, and the level of care and customer service is unmatched.
Hands down, the best place in town. You will not be disappointed! ❤
