The service I got was great. Chris is really friendly! He was very informative about what he was doing, asking about where there had been pests, what kind of treatment he would be doing, and what the next steps would be. The service only took a few minutes. I would recommend Orkin to anyone looking for pest control services.
Our tech James is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He does a great job, is always on time and very thorough. He even loves on our dog while he’s here! Orkin Hickory is the best to go with!
Updated review: orkin called and said the would like to do their termite inspection.. discussed with the technician I thought he was just here about a month or so ago.. technician stated he saw the notes and recalled that he was just here. With that being said, technician did not need to come to the house, and in all honesty I should not be filling out this review that continues to pop up in my messages..over all Happy with Orkins service
