Poteat's Lock & Key provides excellent locksmith services, replacing locks quickly and affordably. They respond promptly, often within a half hour, and offer professional and friendly assistance. The team is knowledgeable, especially with older door locks, and prices are reasonable. Additionally, they offer a variety of keychains and odds and ends, making them a great place for key-making needs.
I would like to thank Eric for meeting me on a Saturday to assist with changing several locks out. He showed up within an hour and got the job done. I appreciate all he did and would highly recommend his services.

After not being able to reach 2 different locksmiths, we called Eric to come out. He was polite and made sure exactly where we were. He said it would be 45 minutes, however, he arrived before 45 minutes. He went straight to work and we were in the door within 3 minutes. Highly recommend.
