Everyone is always so welcoming! I have severe dental anxiety and they are always so patient and gentle with me that I switched my 5 year old here as well from a pediatric dentist. They were just as amazing with her! Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Dr. Pardue of Hickory Heights Dental and the entire team at this office. When they took me on as a patient, they had no idea they would be dealing with someone who has severe dental anxiety, but my experience quickly changed my perspective. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Pardue and Rebecca were patient, understanding and gentle. They explained everything clearly and checked on my comfort throughout the process. Rebecca took time to walk me out to the billing desk and the ladies there were very knowledgeable, kind and extremely accommodating.
