Mary is a great therapist! She always asks what areas need focused on and will work on those with the different massage styles and hot stones. Mary is a professional and treats you with respect. She always responds to your questions very promptly and sends out her schedule so you can pick your time which is great. Mary is sincere and cares about her clients and works to strive for the best treatment at the best price. She always has specials on prices which helps. Highly recommend her for the best massage therapy!

Mary is knowledgeable, and professional. You can count on her. She always responds in a timely matter. I have been to massage therapists that was difficult to get in touch with. By putting out a schedule of what is available helps you figure out what times will work best for you. Not only a phenemonal massage therapist but a business professional as well.

I am a native of Hickory, North Carolina. I attended Appalachian State University and Lenoir-Rhyne University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. I completed Massage Therapist training at Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy in Hickory, NC. I have 13 + years of massage therapy experience ranging from working in a multi-therapist setting, working with Crossfit athletes locally and at regional competition levels, to managing my own home-based massage therapy business. As a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, I specialize in relieving pain, improving range of motion and functional movement, reducing stress and facilitating the healing process for my clients.
