Our dream home was a barndominium and we are grateful that DDI of Hickory was able and willing to make that happen! We created our own plans, which were brought to life by an architect and engineered plans were created by the barndominium subcontractor. All in all, it was a seamless process from our first meeting through loan approval. During the build, we had Melissa as our site lead and she was at the site several times per week checking on things and making sure all went well.
