First, Scott is personable, professional and friendly. Explained my window options and made suggestions I took advantage of. Gave me a very fair price for the 8 windows I had replaced. Great guy to talk to, certainly no sales pressure.

Second, he gave me a time and date and his installer Todd was on time - to the minute - and readily got to work. When he was finished, I noted that there was zero mess inside my house, the windows were fitted perfectly, all the old windows were disposed of and he even color matched the caulking!

If you've ever dealt with contractors, so many don't return calls, don't show up on time and do mediocre work, but not these folks. Total professionals, great work, on time, and fairly priced. I couldn't have asked for any more. Even got a no-charge lifetime warranty. They have 5 stars for a reason.“
