“After a call the night before when we realized we had no heat on our first floor Josh and Kade were able to come out early the next day before our 2 Snow/ice storms. They were prompt, kept asking if we had any more questions, answered all questions and did so in a spirit that allowed us to trust them. We felt comfortable with them. I felt a sense of safety which is important to me. They had needed replacements in stock and so we HAD HEAT the very next day. Five stars is not enough for them. “It was time for my heating system to have the fall winter maintenance, and Joseph showed up right on time. He thoroughly checked the system, when I told him oh I forgot there is a valve in the water heater that I shut off for the summer due to the closet where the heater unit gets very warm. He was wondering what was going wrong with his equipment. It was me I totally forgot about it. Thank goodness your company is reliable and honest and Joseph knows his stuff. Such a friendly man and very knowledgeable.
The blower capacity thingy, was below the level it should have been. Joseph said he could go a little longer, but I asked if he had the needed part in his van and he did. He changed it out swiftly and correctly and was on his way. I was glad that he suggested that so I would not have to pay an extra fee to come back later and who knows when the part would have failed and what would I be doing.
You having a wonderful employee in Joseph, thank you very much. I'm a senior citizen visual disabilities, and I appreciate how Joseph explained everything to me so I can understand it.
This is a great company and I would recommend it to all.

“Mum's toilet started leaking from the back of the toilet, so we thought it was the tank. We called for help and were blessed to have Noah come to our aid. I called on a Sunday, they answered the phone! And we scheduled for Monday. Noah called me as he was inbound to give me an ETA, was on time and it is really wet today, he took off his shoes. The bolts rusted through the tank, hence the leak. The toilet was old so we agreed to rebuild the tank, Mum has a year warranty, we got a 10% discount and all of us are thrilled and happy. We 100% recommend Noah and Swift Brothers Plumbing. Our entire experience from first call to working with Noah, who is a lovely professional straight up man, was delightful. “Accu-Air was recommended to me by a friend. After a little confusion it became evident of a merging of Accu-Air and Maynor with the dropping of the Accu-Air name. After a positive conversation by phone with Jessica G, I met with JJ Brigman to address my AC needs. Their price was competitive, but the reason I chose them was, even though they are now a larger company, they apparently haven't lost that " small town " personal service.
