I have been customer of Hayes for several years and their maintence has seemed quite good.Called at 8am this freezing holiday morning to report that my heat shut down during the night. They said they could have a tech in the 12-4 window this afternoon. As promised, the tech (John) gave a text heads-up 17 minutes before arriving, and arrived promptly at 12 noon. He was pleasant and professional, and fixed and problem. I was charged a very reasonable fee for the service.

Hay's technician William provided us the most thorough semi-annual HVAC inspection that we've ever had. He was careful, courteous and gave us helpful feedback on a couple of small issues. He did a great job.

John and his partner were friendly, professional. Completed work in a timely fashion. Took their shoes off and John asked if we had carbon monoxide monitors , which we do . An added extra that is so important to everyone’s safety,
