We always ask for Andy bc we have come to trust his advice and professionalism. Today we found out our 17 year old unit needs to be replaced and we feel completely comfortable knowing that it is the truth.

My thermostat went out and a snow storm was on the way. It was late in the day but ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham came through! It was like being rescued by an angel. Alfredo O was not only professional, he was knowledgeable and so reassuring. He replaced and programmed the new thermostat in no time at all. Great mannerism, smart and helpful. I would highly recommend him for needed services for HVAC. Can’t say enough good and positive things. He’s a keeper! Thank you ARS for employing a top notch person. He represents you well.
