We like Richard Cooper and think he does a very good job. We would like to have him be the technician who checks our system every six months. It helps to have a technician who knows us and knows our system.

New thermostat I stalled a week earlier after a thunderstorm messed up our one year old new system thermostat. It seemed to go up and down on it's own and to us it was not working right (felt tonus as if it was not set correctly, and we couldn't figure it out). We called them at 4:30 on a Friday to discuss. A tech was dispatched and arrived at 6:30. The tech was very polite, one-time, professional, knowledgeable, and took his time in teaching us the settings. Honestly, it was something that we should have figured out...so happy ARS took the time to send out the tech; and that's why we went with ARS for a new home system installation one year ago!

The technician Donald Compton was knowledgeable, polite, and explained the concerns with my units ability to properly function. I am grateful to Mr Compton and will continue to trust my unit in his and ARS's capable hands in the future as well as recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!
