Marsh is now AC Medic. Different owners but the same key HVAC experts are at the helm. I've been happy with Marsh over the 20 years I've worked with them. They installed my last gas pack in 2001.

Love this company! My realtor introduced me to them when I was buying a home, and the inspector flagged that the HVAC warranted further inspection. The seller said she just had the HVAC serviced (by another company) and showed me the report that said everything was fine. I had Marsh come out to get a second opinion and turns out there was a major problem that resulted in a lot of negotiation power for me. Seller's vendor came back out to check again and basically said "oops, we missed that". I ultimately hired Marsh to replace the unit - not only did I trust them more but they beat others' estimates - and now I continue to use them for maintenance on a rental property...read full review
