“I discovered my air conditioner stopped working after I got home. Called Cothran and long and they were able to come out the next day. The lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. Danny Bloom can out and was very professional, friendly and fixed my A/C.I highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.I will definitely use them again.”
“I can’t say enough wonderful things about the quality of work and attention to detail Michael and his team provided while repairing my HVAC unit. On 11/29—right before Thanksgiving—a major power surge in Creedmoor caused significant damage to my system, leaving my home without proper heat for six days.
Michael came out on a Saturday to diagnose the issue and assured me it would be resolved by Monday. He kept his word. Not only did he restore the system as promised, but he also returned afterward to double-check that everything was installed correctly and running smoothly.
Michael and his team were professional, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. I will absolutely be using them for all HVAC needs moving forward.
Thank you again!”
“Kendall did an excellent and thorough job - he inspected all the electrical outlets we were having trouble with, and pro-actively examined other minor electrical issues and made sure everything is working well in the house. Kendall was professional, friendly, and honest. We are very happy with his service, and will use Ted’s Air, Plumbing, Electric for our future needs.”
