On 11/29—right before Thanksgiving—a major power surge in Creedmoor caused significant damage to my system, leaving my home without proper heat for six days.

Michael came out on a Saturday to diagnose the issue and assured me it would be resolved by Monday. He kept his word. Not only did he restore the system as promised, but he also returned afterward to double-check that everything was installed correctly and running smoothly.
