I have used Piedmont at several of my properties across the Triangle. I can always count on Thomas and the team to be out timely for repairs and replacements. Water heater went out Sunday night. I called in around 8 pm Sunday and had someone on the phone helping me trouble shoot. They ended up putting me on the schedule for the next morning for a replacement. Their pricing seemed reasonable.
