Tip - call the office to schedule because the online appointment tool on their website doesn’t work.Yesterday was my third time calling R&C for service - once for my old workplace and twice for my own home. I feel lucky to have found them - in every instance they’ve been quick to get me on the calendar (yesterday Glen arrived within 30 minutes of my call to the office!). They replaced the condensation pump on my home HVAC and a very sketchy old rig-up of a failed capacitor on my outdoor condenser unit. Our A/C unit stopped working on Sunday. I called Chris to leave a message, and he has answered right away. He came in on the same day to check on the unit and the next day his team has installed a new one for a 1/2 price compared to the competotors. I couldn't be more satisfied.
