“Jonathan was great! When you call HVAC companies about a 29-year old system, you expect to see $$$ flash as they quote the replacement system. He was able to get the part mine needed and install it that day with no hard sell or fuss. Back to functional and still in the competition for oldest system on the block... I'll definitely call him again when I'm ready to replace one or both systems.As it turned out, I had to call Jonathan back for my other furnace soon after the initial fix. Again, he quickly diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger that was 9 years old, but possibly still under warranty. The early estimate was a few weeks (during the coldest snap since we moved in) before the replacement part would be available, but he was able to get it fairly quickly and replaced it under the warranty for a reasonable price. Again, it would have been easy to sell a replacement furnace for much more money, but he didn't push that or try to scam us. I truly appreciate the honesty.Thanks for a great experience!“

“After receiving 3 quotes, Warren-Hay easily bested the other two HVAC companies. Buster was very helpful and responsive in explaining the details of the quote including the Trane model numbers for my two new furnaces and timing of the installation. One week from accepting their proposal, their crew removed the old Carrier gas furnaces, installed the two new Tranes within 6.5 hours and cleaned up afterwards. They deserve a 5-star rating.“

“I've worked with Barlow Scientific in multiple labs across my career as a scientist and lab manager. They are my go to for repairs on all of our cooling systems and large equipment. You will always have an honest evaluation from Barlow- if something is outside of their wheelhouse, they will let you know and refer you to someone who can help. They recently moved our lab to a new location. This is a dreaded and tedious task for any business and especially a lab. Barlow made it seamless, painless and totally efficient. We have a lot of science veterans in our company and not one among us had ever seen a lab move go so quickly. Our new lab was up and running in under a week. The movers were courteous and professional and they had the specialized knowledge necessary to move our very delicate and very expensive instruments and they handled it flawlessly. I've always been a fan of Barlow but this latest experince has really put my opinion over the top. I cannot recommend them enough. I would give ten stars if I could.“

“Victor was out here within hours of me calling about my problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem(a coil was preventing my heat from switching to cooling), and did some regular maintenance(coil cleaning etc.) as well. After the part was ordered, he came back 3 days later and installed the new part in less than an hour, and AC has worked perfectly since then. Everything was priced very reasonably and service was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future.Services: HVAC system repair“
