They quoted a reasonable price for vent cleaning and the technicians did a very thorough job of making sure the system was cleaned properly. Things seem to be going well since their stay.
About Heating and Air Conditioning
LD Swain come for a second opinion on a ac/heating unit and disagree with other companies assessment, get unit working. Honest and trustworthy, they saved thousands and earned business for life. They installed a heat pump, identified proper size return, and system works perfectly, a tremendous improvement. Staff are quick, efficient, friendly, with good communication. They replaced an AC compressor, were prompt and charged less than another company. Highly recommend.
