“Derron and Raul went above and beyond! Very professional, courteous and personable. Explained everything and did great thorough work. They showed up for a service call and ended up replacing my 21 year old water heater. On the same day. Thank you.”
“Zachary is very professional and polite, answered all my questions in detail, and in a way that I can understand. Look forward to doing business with the company that Zachary represented.”
“I called the emergency line on a Saturday as a new customer due to our main line to the street being clogged. The gentleman I spoke with initially, I believe his name was Robert, was friendly and empathetic which left a great first impression. He told me he could have someone out before noon. This timeframe was honored and communication through text and phone call was clear and consistent.
Our technician, Evan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. As you can see from the image, he really had to deal with some serious crap, but he handled the shituation completely in stride. ? He cleared things out for us and explained the process, all at a reasonable price. Zoom Drain knows their stuff when the crap hits the fan, and they will be my first call next time.”
