We had Cole Matthews back to fix the leak we experienced and eventually found.
Turned out it was the faucet- he changed the cartridge and finally… no leaks!!

December 19:Cole Matthews arrived right on time to assist with a leak under the kitchen sink.
He diligently checked and found no leaks.
NuBlue is always great at service.

Derron Bernard has been our service professional on other occasions for plumbing. He was our professional again for servicing all bathroom fixtures so that new vanity tops could be installed.

He advised of potential issues we may have and while it is our decision to move forward , he gave us alternatives to move forward.

“The lead electrician, Ryan, worked solid from 0900 to 1330 straight. He trouble shot and worked out where a wire break was located with another Eccogreen electrician, Roger, and they replaced the wire. Sounds simple, doesn't it? The break was under an outlet box and above the wall plate (they couldn't see the problem) and the previous crew twenty years ago put the line on two breakers, further complicating the problem. Under the house, the aluminum wire rat's nest was hard to follow. The electrical panel neutrals were a tumbleweed of confusion. Ryan gave me a master class in how a pro-electrician approaches a problem and solves it... deliberately and carefully. They came over, identified the problem, and conquered it. Money well spent. Yes sir buddy...I recommend Eccogreen.”
