Had our AC go down and Accent was able to come out and replace the unit within 2 days! Austin and Rick did an excellent job on the installation and even went out of their way to put fresh rock around the new unit! Highly recommend

Had a great experience with Eli and Austin who installed the system. First rate workmanship. They take pride in their craft. They were very good at answering all the questions we had. After they left at about 7pm, the thermostat cut out after I synced the app to my phone. They didn’t want me to have a hot night so they came right back and addressed the issue.

I feel like the labor/fees were excessive for a warranty replacement of the condenser fan motor. I’m a 20 year repeat customer who chose Accent to replace both units ~ 5 years ago. Otherwise, the service is always professional and appreciated. Jordan has serviced the last 2 calls. Service was unparalleled and exceeded expectations. Thanks again, Jordan!!
