“I had a shower leak and was lucky enough to have Brenden as my technician . He responded very quickly, was very friendly explained everything he was going to do and was very thorough . About an hour after the leak started I heard a gush of water, which may have cleared the clogged drain, Brenden still spent time checking everything and made sure the immediate issue was solved before he left. He advised me what to look for and call him and he would come back. I highly recommend Brenden and will request him in the future.“

6/5 Update Travis from NuBlue returned to do the work quoted on previous visit. This work involved a compete panel overhaul, repair of two outside outlets, installation of a dedicated 20 amp circuit to my computer network closet and installation of a pre-terminated Category 6A UTP cable from the network closet to an outlet on the other side of the house through a crawl space. Travis and an assistant completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Post installation test of the Cat-6 cable showed a cable fault caused by a kink. Travis immediately ran a replacement cable without being asked further demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. All work was completed in the time specified, Travis and his assistant where polite and professional, I would hire NuBlue again without hesitation and would request Travis. Note: Post installation and after Travis has left it was discovered that during the panel overhaul one breaker was inadvertently left in the open position, which resulted in the need to reset several smart lights and other IoT devices. I consider this a minor issue and could have been adverted if I had checked the break panel more throughly.

I have only AMAZING things to say about Andrew, Chris, and Emily and the rest of the team at American Leak Detection!! The team was able to quickly diagnose and fix a leak to our primary bathroom with basically no intrusion or disruption to the home.

A large plumbing company in the area, who shares initial with Michael Jordan, could not diagnose a simple leak in our water lines and instead proposed nearly $50,000 in expensive and ultimately unnecessary renovation. American Leak Detection was my second opinion before agreeing to 6 years of loan payments and I am so glad I got that second opinion.

My water is back and I paid about 10% of what the huge conglomerate with the massive marketing budget quoted me.
