I had an excellent experience with Chris from American Leak Detection. He was punctual, professional, and courteous, which I truly appreciated.
Chris took the time to “walk me through the entire assessment process”, explaining how he would conduct each step, what he was looking for, and why. He was incredibly thorough and made sure I understood his findings rather than simply completing the assessment and leaving. His knowledge and attention to detail was greatly.

Chris seemed very thorough. He didn't get farther than the pressure test. At that point, he determined there was no leak. In addition to the pressure test, he frequently checked the meter which showed no usage during the 1.5 hours he was here. Still no explanation as to to why the water bill was three and a half times normal
Andrew was great took the time to look for the water leak. He was very knowledgeable and response all my questions. He was kind and very respectful. I truly recommend his company for anything involved water leak discovery and repairs.
