“Don’t call anyone else! This is truly the best experience I have EVER had with a plumbing company. We had paying guests staying at our property on Lake Norman, suddenly there was no hot water. It was a Friday and the guests wanted fast resolution. We got in touch with Lake Norman Plumber On Call after many other companies refused to take the job on such short notice. They arrived early and gave us an estimate, but that’s not the best part, Frank Hardee the representative felt bad for us with guests at our home and a weekend without hot water, on the spot, he called me and said he would replace the water heater the same day! Our guests would have hot water by the afternoon of that very day! That is called being Professional and having empathy, something that doesn’t happen too often.
