He was professional, answered all my questions in a very courteous way and was able to book our replacement in a reasonable amount of time.He and his partner actually came early for their appointment. He did a quick inspection of our heater and he was good to go. He finished about 45 minutes earlier than projected. He and his partner focused on their work and left the area clean.No muss and no fuss—the way I like project work. Tom and his partner clearly deserve the 5 stars.
