The lead electrician, Ryan, worked solid from 0900 to 1330 straight. He trouble shot and worked out where a wire break was located with another Eccogreen electrician, Roger, and they replaced the wire. Sounds simple, doesn't it? The break was under an outlet box and above the wall plate (they couldn't see the problem) and the previous crew twenty years ago put the line on two breakers, further complicating the problem. Under the house, the aluminum wire rat's nest was hard to follow. The electrical panel neutrals were a tumbleweed of confusion. I went through EcoGreen as part of the NC Energy Saver Program and I would highly recommend them. They replaced my HVAC, upgraded my electrical panel, and swapped my gas range and water heater for electrical ones. The whole team was really wonderful to work with from start to finish. Cassandra was one of my main contact points in the office throughout the process and she always responded to my questions promptly and kindly. Zachary handled the initial quoting and oversaw the whole project.
