This morning my toilet started to flood from the top and was unsure why. I thought about doing it myself but also didn't want to mess up my toilet or make the situation even worse.
I was able to meet Reyes this morning who did an awesome job and explaing what is going wrong and also showing how it can be fixed. Was very cool to see how the garbage disposal works and also cool to see how the toilet works when flushed! I will definitely reach out again if i do have any other issues with my townhouse. We had a leak after regular business hours on a Friday night and needed a plumber asap. Roto rooter was able to come over within two hours and solve our issue. We were very appreciative of the quick response and the warranty they provided on their work. While we hope we don’t have to call them again, if we have a future issue they will certainly be our first call.
