“I can't say enough great things about Residential Heating and Air. AC went out so I gave them a call. The sales guy came out, can't remember his name but he seemed like a good, honest guy, and he had a quote for me that day. Four days later and I have a new AC and Furnace. Brent and Charlie were fantastic and personable. (We chatted baseball and video games.) You don't know how poorly your AC is working until you have it replaced. Brent and Charlie left an hour ago and it's already cooled off. I'll recommend Residential Heating and Air to all my neighbors. (We live in an area where all the homes were built in the 1990s so I know many on my block who will need their services soon.)“

Made sure my furnace was set for the winter and confirmed I knew how to take care of the system and that BWS available for any questions or concerns. This company has outstanding support staff and I have the monthly subscription service for most prompt attention. Unlike prior companies I’ve used and dismissed, this one doesn’t try and upsell added services; they do discuss improvement needed, factually and matter of factly… I intend to be a customer for life, thanks to the care provided by Mike and his colleagues.“

“The water spicket in my bathroom shower the nob that opens the shower fell off. After calling 5 plumbers to fix it. Dean’s was able to come out the same day and fix it and with in 30 mins of my call. It was an easy fix and less than 5 mins. The price was a bit steep but for same day and 30 mins and now a working shower was well worth it. Thanks so much Allen! Job well done!“

“Freddy Trinidad installed a new smart thermostat, replaced the coil (inside unit), cleaned the coil and replaced the insulation of the A/C outside unit.From the way he diagnosed the issues and recommended required actions, it is clear that he has a solid technical know-how and many years of experience, is methodical in his approach and confident !Freddy also possess an excellent communication skills and was able to deliver quality results.Overall, I give him a rating of 5 (excellent)“

“I had the absolute best experience with Soderlin. Scheduling was accommodating and simple. We have a very old water heater we wanted advice on and they came out for a standard water heater inspection call ($89) and didn't play any games. I believe the tech's name was Jeff. He spent most of his time at the visit explaining to me answers to questions or even just offering wisdom/advice.
