Our technician Shane was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took a look a lot of time with us to explain what the problem was and what our options were for resolving it. We called on a Sunday and someone came within 20 minutes. For certain we will call Dean’s Home Service again if we need a plumbing repair.
