The sales guy came out, can't remember his name but he seemed like a good, honest guy, and he had a quote for me that day. Four days later and I have a new AC and Furnace. Brent and Charlie were fantastic and personable. (We chatted baseball and video games.) You don't know how poorly your AC is working until you have it replaced.
