Our technician Anthony was fantastic. On time, professional, walked me through everything, and didn't pressure us into committing to anything. Ended up driving to pick up a new inducer motor and installed to fix our furnace all within an hour. Would highly recommend Arctic Mechanical!
I would like to tell you that they are the best, we called them and they were very responsive to helping us to get heat back into our home. Andrew their technician was so nice and very respectful. My digital thermostat stopped working.Started getting very cold in the house. I called Arctic Mechanical and they set up appointment right away. Came out and discovered it was a simple fix. My special needs son accidentally shut the furnace off while he was looking for me in the storage room. I had no idea he did that. I checked the circuit breaker but didn’t check the off switch on the furnace. Anthony discovered this quickly. I felt very stupid and he told me I’d be surprised at how often this sort of thing happens. He was very sweet and offered his services regarding any other issues I might have.
