My air conditioner stopped working. My first call was to CenterPoint, I have the home warranty, and a technician came to my house, looked at my air conditioner, and told me it could not be fixed. They sent out a salesperson who gave me an estimate for a new air conditioner. That was the first of many estimates. Action Mechanical was referred to me by a friend, and I decided to call. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He quickly diagnosed the issue and let me know that the vent didn't need to be replaced, whichever saved me both time and money. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism.
