System and design and quote was great, installation was promptly scheduled and completed on time. System up and running great.Service Tech - Greg was polite and professional. I've used Ideal Air a number of times and staff has always been great.
They were great Help use get our rebate from Center Point Energy and help us file for the class action suit against our old furnace. They installed the furnace in a timely manner, took the old one away and left the work area spotless. I highly recommend ideal furnace. Very professional company
Only giving 5 stars so that this shows at the top!Terrible customer service, and Dan is a rude nasty man. He let me go because I put in my 2 weeks because I was pregnant and found work elsewhere. I used to work here and the owner Dan would give me incentives to have all my friends and family give 5 stars to make his company look better.Wouldn’t recommend ?
