I’ve used FLARE for years and trust them completely. Noah arrived on time to fix our AC on a hot day. Thankfully, he diagnosed the issue and it wasn’t a huge expense. Yay! At the same time he winterized our heating system without having to make a separate appt. I love that Flare doesn’t use AI phone help and that I can talk to a live person. I have used Flare for both heating (new furnace) and cooling issues. They provide fast and reliable service! Very responsive. Noah was here this morning and fixed my AC in half an hour.
Called this morning, as my Air Conditioning decided to stop cooling yesterday. Talked to Sam, who said he may not be able to get someone out until the following day. Called me back 5 minutes later and said someone would be out in around 20 mins. Lucas showed up and did an awesome job of diagnosing the issue and letting me know the repair costs. Fixed it SAME DAY!!! Wonderful service, couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.
