Respectful and thorough cleaning and inspection of my older furnace by Mike. This is the second year of my experience. No pressure tactics, but rather professional and friendly. I will definitely consider using this company to replace the HVAC system. Thank you BWS! Also, Kevin was able to turn on my fireplace insert!!Dispatch very responsive to my concerns and questions during and after the HVAC installation. Great team work. Scott did an outstanding job. He identified right away where the gas leak was, informed me of what he found and fix the problem. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Would call BWS again.
