I can't say enough great things about Residential Heating and Air. AC went out so I gave them a call. The sales guy came out, can't remember his name but he seemed like a good, honest guy, and he had a quote for me that day. Four days later and I have a new AC and Furnace. Brent and Charlie were fantastic and personable. (We chatted baseball and video games.) You don't know how poorly your AC is working until you have it replaced. Brent and Charlie left an hour ago and it's already cooled off. I'll recommend Residential Heating and Air to all my neighbors. Great experience! Brent and Charlie were prompt and communicative and very efficient! My duplex is over 100 years old and they installed a mini split and a central AC for the two units and did a great job! With houses this old you never know what you will find and they were great with explaining the options and making everything work well!
We called for a second opinion on an older AC unit. Will showed up and was very courteous, professional, and friendly. Talked through the potential problems with the system, ran some tests, and set our minds at ease for the time being. We will be calling Residential Heating and Air Conditioning when our AC finally kicks it.
