In 90 degree weather my ancient airconditioner died! Dustin the owner answered my call at 6:30 am! Lauren ,Will and Steve were amazing. This is not the first time I have called Tiger and they never dissapoint. Congenial, thoughtful, class actthat do a through job and explain everything along the way. Since I moved here 3 1/2 years ago Tiger has been there for anything I needed and at once. Customer service to the 10th! I felt so lucky they could come right away and help me. Thank-you!! Jennifer

I contacted Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air today after a few frustration filled days dealing with my Home Warranty Company reps and their contractors and an even more frustrating morning dealing with the same. My AC hadn't been working for 5 days and the temps were in the high 80's with 90's heat index. The inside of the house, even with fans running and windows open, hovered around 88 degrees and with 4 kids and furry cat, was a miserable experience for all.By the time Dustin at Tiger answer my call I was hot, frustrated, and at my wits end. Highly recommend! Always have great experience with both heat and AC maintenance requests, great customer service, punctual, flexible, highly accommodating! Even had the founder out helping out in the field for a maintenance request one time who was friendly and accommodating.
