I wanted to purchase an air conditioner through Costco and was introduced to Marsh Heating and Air through that purchase. I have been extremely happy with their installation and subsequent services. Josh was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful and cannot say enough about his service and repair skills. Their service department is tops!
Monday nite our air conditioner failed. Our neighbor told us to call Marsh Heating. His system failed and Marsh installed new units. He said they did a terrific job. Tuesday we called Marsh and Tuesday Kelly Marsh came out and ind inspected our units. We needed new units. Kelly had inventory and said they could install both furnace and air conditioner the next morning. They had both units installed in 4 hours I can tell you Marsh people are very knowledgeable professional The next day Plymouth sent an inspector to inspect our job. He said oh this is a Marsh job We never have any issues with a Marsh job they do great work.Thank you Marsh Jim Dooley
Marsh was recommended by 2 of our neighbors. The one thing that stood out was their customer service. Starting with the initial phone call, then the Sales person and then the people installing both a new furnace and AC. They showed up right on time and finished as stated. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!
