My experience with Total Comfort was great. Ben T was very helpful and knowledgeable with regard to replacing our control board on our furnace. He was professional, courtesy, and explained everything that needed to be addressed. He gave us a detailed quote and times of repair service that worked for us. I would highly recommend Ben and Total Comfort for your HVAC needs. Ben was upfront, honest, and reliable.

After Carl did his thorough assessment of my water heater and water softener he explained everything carefully and then arranged for same-day installation of new equipment. Soon, John Fleming arrived with the new water heater and softener. He then proceeded to expertly remove the old and install the new. He did an excellent job! Upon completing the installations he went over everything with me. I was so impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend Total Comfort to anyone who desires top-notch service and equipment.
