I was able to schedule an appointment to check my furnace within one day. Unfortunately, my furnace is very old and the only real option was to replace it. They explained my options and gave me a quote the same day AND scheduled to come back the next morning to replace the furnace. Everyone was very professional and went above and beyond. They even started my fireplace for me and provided a heater.
Was wonderful, informative and courteous service. I would highly recommend them.
I live in in West Bloomington area I was having problem with my heat I called the Bloomington Heating and Air and right away they answer the phone not only that they answer the phone right away they asked me what was the problem I explain the problem that I was having with my heat. then they set me an appointment up between 8:30 and 9. nice to say they was here right at my door at between 9:10 and 9:15 the guy was kind enough to put this the sock sleaze over his boot, whatever you put over your foot from walking on my carpet very nice gentleman at the end of the day I asked him what was his name he said Steve. The company Bloomington Heating and Air very good company too call they are very reasonable and affordable. Again I want to thank Bloomington Heating and Air.
