“Every person who came out to work on my house was fantastic. Explained things, twice if I needed. I had electricians, plumbers & heating & cooling. All of them worked swiftly and really knew what they were talking about. Victor T. Was perhaps my favorite, never lose this one. He explained types of bulbs to me and rated them. He even explained what all the terms mentioned on the pkgs mean. You have great people and a great operation going. I think it was Tyler that stopped by today just to tighten a faucet line for a discontinued faucet that had me quite concerned. That man was joyful with a bundle of energy. Riccar was able to get to us within 24 hours of us calling. Phones are answered by people, not automated services. In less than an hour Pat had our unit working again. “I found Marsh through Costco, and can’t say enough good about everything so far. With the quoting process Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable and helped advise us on the right system. We did a full furnace, AC, humidifier, and smart thermostat, and the install was incredibly smooth (at least for me) and is super clean. “Donovan, a salesperson with Comfort Solutions, out of Osseo, MN responded to an inquiry I had about an issue with my Trane air conditioner. I had Genz Ryan come out to do a tune up and was told my compressor was bad and my gas regulator was leaking. The cost for them to replace the gas regulator was $600 and the compressor was estimated to be $4000 to $5000. The technician recommended replacement for the AC. I told him I had the repair plan with CenterPoint Energy, so I would have them evaluate my AC. CenterPoint Energy came out and told me the gas regulator was not leaking, however the AC compressor was bad and their repair plan did not cover the replacement of the compressor. The technician immediately connected me to a sales person to assist me with purchasing a new AC unit.

I reached out directly to Trane, the manufacturer of my AC unit, because it may have been under warranty. Donovan with Comfort Solutions took interest in my AC compressor issue because he stated it's unusual for the compressor to go out on a unit that was barely ten years old. I told Donovan this is my second Trane AC and I couldn't believe the compressor was bad. Donovan scheduled a technician from Comfort Solutions to come and evaluate my AC. The technician was great with his assessment and found the capacitor was bad and the compressor was functioning well. It has been over a month and my Trane AC is functioning very well. I thank God for Donovan receiving my request for assistance and sending a Trane technician to repair my AC. I had already started speaking to sales people to purchase a new AC which would have been $5k+.

I recommend Comfort Solutions for any HVAC repairs and needs. I will avoid using technicians that receive a commission from the sale of new equipment. I will continue to use Comfort Solutions for my AC assessments.

“My 20 year old furnace and ac needing a tune up and thought that a replacement might be in order so I also requested an estimate for that. My service tech, Maria, arrived as scheduled, listened patiently to my concerns, and did a thorough inspection and assessment. She did a great job and gave positive evaluation of my situation!
I will still get the estimate for replacement (it is after all 20 some years old), but have signed up for the maintenance plan in the meantime - which also covered the cost of today's tuneup appt. Great deal!
