Freddy Trinidad installed a new smart thermostat, replaced the coil (inside unit), cleaned the coil and replaced the insulation of the A/C outside unit.From the way he diagnosed the issues and recommended required actions, it is clear that he has a solid technical know-how and many years of experience, is methodical in his approach and confident !Freddy also possess an excellent communication skills and was able to deliver quality results.Overall, I give him a rating of 5 (excellent)

Fredy Trinidad resolved a problem with the Nest thermostat and did the HVAC spring tuneup -- and successfully located the source of a long-standing problem, a freon leak. Outstanding service, expert advice, and excellent development of what's needed to resolve the leak (replacement of an old length of supply tube). Aces all the way!
