“Hands down the best HVAC company in the Twin Cities. We had issues with our furnace going out on Saturday the 11th. We had another company come in and charge us an absurd fee just to diagnose it and they tried to tell us a switch was broken and it'd cost $500-$600 to fix it and we'd be better off replacing the furnace with it's age. I contacted Marques and he came out and looked at everything. Turns out our capacitor needed to be replaced, our filter wasn't operating properly with the way our furnace was setup and the switch the other company said was broken was in fact not broken at all.Marques is the most knowledgeable person with HVAC I've ever interacted with and he makes it very easy to understand and explains everything thoroughly. He advised us to change our filter type and how often we're doing it because of limitations of our furnace and replaced our capacitor. He was here about an hour to make sure that everything was up and functioning fully and it cost us a grand total of $150. The new furnace is in and the house is toasty! We have a fancy new system with a heat pump, a super efficient air filter, and a thermostat that I can control with my phone! What will they think of next? We used a local company, Comfort Matters. We didn't get a bunch of estimates because we were in dire straits, freezing our tuchuses off. We had contact with several young people from start to finish: repair guy, estimator guy, duct cleaning guys, installers, electricians, supervisors...each and every one of them was competent, polite, helpful, and above all, kind. What a great experience! The system seems to be working, we should get rebates and credits, and lower energy bills too!

Thanks to friends and neighbors who offered help, space heaters and a place to stay if it got too bad (it didn't, with only the last night being below zero degrees Farenheit).

“The water spicket in my bathroom shower the nob that opens the shower fell off. After calling 5 plumbers to fix it. Dean’s was able to come out the same day and fix it and with in 30 mins of my call. It was an easy fix and less than 5 mins. The price was a bit steep but for same day and 30 mins and now a working shower was well worth it. Thanks so much Allen! Job well done!“

“Freddy Trinidad installed a new smart thermostat, replaced the coil (inside unit), cleaned the coil and replaced the insulation of the A/C outside unit.From the way he diagnosed the issues and recommended required actions, it is clear that he has a solid technical know-how and many years of experience, is methodical in his approach and confident !Freddy also possess an excellent communication skills and was able to deliver quality results.Overall, I give him a rating of 5 (excellent)“

“Needing A/C help on hot days is not fun, but having confidence in the both the technical and consumer professionalism at least wasn't adding to my sweat. Nothing is cheap these days but Eric was extremely detailed in the answers to my questions and explanations of the work so I do feel like I got my money's worth.“

“Taylor came out to fix our a/c, that had quit working. Much to my chagrin, I had accidentally turned off the furnace switch when I was changing filters. Since I was being billed for a service call, Taylor then proceeded to clean and check all the pertinent parts on my system to make sure there were no potential 'surprises' in store for the future.
I think that is great customer service and I will be calling Lindell HVAC with any future needs!“
