“Hands down the best HVAC company in the Twin Cities. We had issues with our furnace going out on Saturday the 11th. We had another company come in and charge us an absurd fee just to diagnose it and they tried to tell us a switch was broken and it'd cost $500-$600 to fix it and we'd be better off replacing the furnace with it's age. I contacted Marques and he came out and looked at everything. Turns out our capacitor needed to be replaced, our filter wasn't operating properly with the way our furnace was setup and the switch the other company said was broken was in fact not broken at all.Marques is the most knowledgeable person with HVAC I've ever interacted with and he makes it very easy to understand and explains everything thoroughly. He advised us to change our filter type and how often we're doing it because of limitations of our furnace and replaced our capacitor. He was here about an hour to make sure that everything was up and functioning fully and it cost us a grand total of $150. “Donovan, a salesperson with Comfort Solutions, out of Osseo, MN responded to an inquiry I had about an issue with my Trane air conditioner. I had Genz Ryan come out to do a tune up and was told my compressor was bad and my gas regulator was leaking. The cost for them to replace the gas regulator was $600 and the compressor was estimated to be $4000 to $5000. The technician recommended replacement for the AC. I told him I had the repair plan with CenterPoint Energy, so I would have them evaluate my AC. CenterPoint Energy came out and told me the gas regulator was not leaking, however the AC compressor was bad and their repair plan did not cover the replacement of the compressor. The technician immediately connected me to a sales person to assist me with purchasing a new AC unit.

I reached out directly to Trane, the manufacturer of my AC unit, because it may have been under warranty. Donovan with Comfort Solutions took interest in my AC compressor issue because he stated it's unusual for the compressor to go out on a unit that was barely ten years old. I told Donovan this is my second Trane AC and I couldn't believe the compressor was bad. Donovan scheduled a technician from Comfort Solutions to come and evaluate my AC. The technician was great with his assessment and found the capacitor was bad and the compressor was functioning well. It has been over a month and my Trane AC is functioning very well. I thank God for Donovan receiving my request for assistance and sending a Trane technician to repair my AC. I had already started speaking to sales people to purchase a new AC which would have been $5k+.

I recommend Comfort Solutions for any HVAC repairs and needs. I will avoid using technicians that receive a commission from the sale of new equipment. I will continue to use Comfort Solutions for my AC assessments.

The new furnace is in and the house is toasty! We have a fancy new system with a heat pump, a super efficient air filter, and a thermostat that I can control with my phone! What will they think of next? We used a local company, Comfort Matters. We didn't get a bunch of estimates because we were in dire straits, freezing our tuchuses off. We had contact with several young people from start to finish: repair guy, estimator guy, duct cleaning guys, installers, electricians, supervisors...each and every one of them was competent, polite, helpful, and above all, kind. What a great experience! The system seems to be working, we should get rebates and credits, and lower energy bills too!

Thanks to friends and neighbors who offered help, space heaters and a place to stay if it got too bad (it didn't, with only the last night being below zero degrees Farenheit).

“Well they did it again!!! 5 stars for this awesome company! I have used them for all my HVAC needs since buying my house, but my bathroom exhaust fan was the original from 1990… and recently water was dripping off my walls every time I used the jetted tub or shower! These guys not only came out in timely manner, but they put an over the top exhaust fan in, per my request. They had to cut into my ceiling and change my pipe from 4” to 6” pipe. They were on time and kind and courteous. They answered all my dumb annoying questions; and were done so fast with this project! They even cleaned up well after they were done. They hung plastic in my closet because that’s where my attic is. No mess. No hassle. And I am currently in my jetted tub enjoying the bubbles after a long day of work all because this company rocks!
