“What a great group of professionals that didn't leave us hanging over the Labor Day holiday, and worked their tails off to install a much needed new system. In all of the time that I've lived in my home, I've never had great air conditioning. Our upstairs was always warm, and cold in the winter. we need a new system, and it was in the 90's when it finally froze up for the last time. Dan made sure on the first day that we had air, I don't think he knows how much I appreciated him. The group he worked with was wonderful, I worked with Larry quite a bit regarding how to take care of my furnace and how to program our new thermostat from out of town if need be. What a nice and helpful person. I feel confident that I know what to do with my system after he went over everything with me. Also, and so importantly, you never feel like you're about to be ripped off. When an honest company, obviously I can't say enough about them. “Our A/C unit was not working and called Comfort King. They promptly returned our call and let us know they were swamped and 2 weeks out. This was not the end of the conversation. He asked about what the unit was doing and gave us options to try and fix it ourselves. This is very impressive! He even explained where to look for things to check. We did fix the unit but will be calling them if we have issues in the future. Great customer service!“
