We are customers of theirs now for several years and have never been disappointed in their response or service. Whenever we have had an issue with our boiler or air conditioner, Jeff has been right on it with excellent service and reasonable prices. They did not install our boiler furnace when we built our house 35 yrs ago but once we discovered the company we have had great service with repair of the small problems that have come up and maintenance to keep it running smoothly and efficiently for all these years. We had them install our central air about 20 yrs ago and that unit is still running as well! We since had them put in a new hot water tank and again we couldn't be happier with their recommendation and prompt installation. Jeff is a great guy to deal with, polite and courteous, prompt with returning our calls, taking care of the issue at hand, follows up on the problem and cares about his work. Always gives his recommendations and explains why a preventative repair should be done but never any pressure. Can't say enough good things about them and really glad to see his son becoming involved and taking on his dads good work ethic. “Had an excellent experience with Gary, one of the owners. Our central air conditioner had stopped working and when we called, Gary himself answered the phone. He took the time to discuss what might be wrong over the phone and he made the effort to squeeze us in for a same-day appointment. He was actually at my house a few hours later! He was highly responsive by text messages, and arrived exactly when he said he would. Gary was friendly, fast, and efficient.
