John responded quickly and was able to check my AC unit the day before I left for the Summer. This is the second year in a row I left checking it before leaving and found it not working, and John was able to fix the problem immediately. An unscrupulous repair person might have talked me into a new unit, but John checked everything and was able to fix it with a new capacitor for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend John as an honest and friendly person.
