I smelled gas, found their sticker on the furnace but they couldn't get here until next week for a service call. I Called Consumer's Energy to see if there was an actual leak and there was. (I should have done that first). I then called Pine Tree back to let them know and they sent a whole crew within an hour. They fixed the leak, found the hot water heater to see if it was gas or electric, (it was hidden behind a screwed down panel), showed me how to clean the furnace air filter, and wrote up their service call for the Consumer's Energy technician to know exactly what they did.
