Shortly after, I received a call from Neil, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He offered to come out same day, which was amazing. My original call went out at 6:45 pm. The callback came at 6:55 pm. Neil showed up at 9:30pm and by 10pm my a/c unit was working again. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and discovered that my thermostat had been wired incorrectly. In the end he gave me an amazing deal on the price.
